Oltmans Development, Inc. is a residential contractor that specializes in custom homes. Homes that range from $100,000-$1,000,000. We are licensed thru the state of Arkansas and general liability Insurance as well as workman’s comp insurance. Any and all subcontractors are also insured and licensed thru the state of Arkansas.

In addition to building custom and spec homes, we also specialize in room additions, kitchen and bath remodels, roof replacements, and almost any updates or changes you want done to your home. Oltmans Development is also a member of the National Home Builders Association and Saline County Home Builders Association. We believe that building your home should fun. All of the stress that comes from building a home should be on the shoulders of your builder so that you have the freedom to concentrate on the easy decisions such as the wall colors, appliances, and your home accessories.

Jeremiah, owner of Oltmans Development, Inc. is also a licensed Real Estate Agent. He earned his Real Estate license in 2006 and joined the team of Crye-Leike Realtors in Bryant. He continues to maintain an active license and work with Crye-Leike. Jeremiah has certainly excelled in his career as a Real Estate Agent.  In 2007, Jeremiah was Rookie of the Year nominee. He has also been a part of the Multi-Million Dollar Club from 2008-2010. He has consistently been a top member of the Crye-Leike Top Club as well as a member of the National Realtor Association and Benton Bryant Realtor Association. He stays very involved with Real Estate by continuing to serve on many boards with these organizations and also enjoys volunteering annually for the Children Miracle Hour Network for Arkansas Children’s Hospital.

About Jeremiah Oltmans

Growing up in the Saline County area, Jeremiah graduated from Bryant High School in 1992. Jeremiah graduated with Honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2003 and received a degree in Communications and Marketing. He has been married to Shayna Oltmans for 10 years and has two children,  Sebastian and Ivey Oltmans. Jeremiah is also very involved with his community and assists in coaching his son’s baseball team as well as serving as head coach of Sebastian’s flag football team. Jeremiah also contributes to his community by serving on various committees of the Bryant Chamber.  He currently serves on the Economic Development Committee, Education Committee, and Young Professionals Network. Before becoming extremely involved with the Bryant Chamber, Jeremiah also served as President of Leadership Saline County for 4 years and still continues to serve on the Alumni Board. Jeremiah also attends church regularly at Fellowship Bible Church-South in Benton.
